A marketplace listing describes an offer from a seller. It may contain several sizes, colours or versions, each with a different price or availability. Stop if the model, seller or available versions no longer make sense.

If you arrived from a different spreadsheet, first recover its original seller listing. Copying the final digits from an unrelated agent URL can carry an internal record number instead of the source ID. Repeatedly trying guessed numbers is less useful than locating the seller URL once.

For a Taobao item, start with its original product page or the seller's share link and use the link search on the official Hipobuy homepage. Verify what the search resolves before ordering. This directory's current mapped purchase buttons are for Weidian items; they do not establish a supported Taobao URL pattern. Do not change the platform segment of a URL and assume the result is equivalent. Support can change, and an individual listing may require more information.

If the ordinary search cannot load the offer, check the original listing in its own marketplace. A deleted offer, unavailable option or restricted item will not be repaired merely by changing the address format. When the seller page remains valid, the official Custom Order form offers a way to provide a product link, title, specifications and purchasing notes for review. Confirm acceptance and the actual price before treating the request as ready to buy.

Separate an invalid source from a temporary loading problem. Check whether the original URL still opens, whether it points to a product rather than a shop homepage, and whether a short sharing link resolves to the intended item. Then compare the marketplace and ID with the Hipobuy destination. If a page asks you to sign in, use the official site directly. Do not enter account credentials into an independent converter or a page pretending to be the platform login.

If the item loads but has no usable options, the issue may be availability rather than URL formatting.
