Is this the official Hipobuy website?
No. Hipobuyy Sheet is an independent product directory. It does not take payments, inspect your order, ship a parcel or decide a return. Check Hipobuy's official pages and your own order for platform terms.
What does the spreadsheet contain?
It contains a dated selection of product listings from the linked catalog, with the first listing image, category, displayed USD price and a direct product URL. A row is a discovery aid, not a stock or quality guarantee.
Are the prices and variants live?
The figures on this site are a snapshot. Open the matching product page to confirm the current price, seller, size, colour and stock before paying. A seller can change an existing listing.
Are product-card images warehouse QC photographs?
No. The card uses the linked catalog's listing image. QC photos, when provided by the service you use, concern the particular item received at a warehouse and should be reviewed separately.
Where do search and product links go?
The search box, categories and product links lead to the linked catalog and matching listing pages. This directory does not place a Hipobuy order or provide its customer support.
How does Hipobuy describe the shopping-agent process?
Its official home page describes entering a product link, placing an agent order, receiving the seller's parcel at its Chinese warehouse, inspecting the item, and then selecting goods for international shipment.
Is Hipobuy's shopping-agent service free?
Its Service & Fees notice describes the purchasing-agent service as free. Goods, seller-to-warehouse transport, international freight, customs-related charges and optional services are separate considerations; check the current checkout.
Does the displayed product price include domestic shipping?
Not necessarily. Hipobuy's Service & Fees notice defines item cost as the product price plus any domestic shipping from the seller to its warehouse. Confirm the amount on the actual order.
How can I estimate international shipping?
Hipobuy's Shipping Estimate page asks for a destination and weight in grams and allows product type and parcel dimensions. Compare eligible routes using the same inputs, then check the packed parcel quote.
Why might the shipping charge change after packing?
Packing can change parcel weight or dimensions. Hipobuy's Order Status Display says Waiting for Confirmation can indicate that actual package weight exceeds the estimate and an additional shipping payment is due.
What does Arrived mean?
Hipobuy's Order Status Display defines Arrived as the seller's item reaching its warehouse and awaiting inspection. It is not the same as an internationally dispatched parcel.
How long is free warehouse storage?
The official Order Status Display says an order in Stored status has 90 days of free storage. Record the date shown on your order and submit a parcel within the applicable period; storage terms can change.
Does 90-day storage extend the return window?
No. Storage and returns are separate. The Returns and Refunds notice describes a five-day, 120-hour request window after Warehoused status for eligible goods. Check eligibility and the actual order promptly.
Can every warehouse item be returned within five days?
No. Hipobuy's Returns and Refunds notice makes eligibility conditional on the seller's offer and marketable condition; it lists categories and packaging changes that may be ineligible. A timely request is not an unconditional approval.
Is a buyer-initiated return always free?
No. The official returns notice states that an unconditional return for the buyer's own reason can involve shipping both ways plus a RMB 5 service fee. Responsibility and charges depend on the case and current terms.
How does an international card holder top up?
Hipobuy's International Credit Card notice says to sign in, open Wallet, choose Recharge, enter an amount and select an available international-card method. It does not provide a universal processing-fee rate.
What value should be declared for customs?
Hipobuy's International Parcel Delivery Agreement says it declares goods based on their actual value. For a self-declaration request, contact its support before the parcel is sealed. Follow the destination's import rules.
Is tax-free customs clearance guaranteed?
No. Hipobuy's Customs and Taxation notice describes possible inspection, tax and other destination risks. Rates and thresholds depend on local rules and the parcel; a spreadsheet cannot promise an exemption.
Does insurance cover every parcel problem?
No. Hipobuy's Insurance and compensation notice describes conditions, proof requirements and exclusions for loss, damage and customs seizure. Check your chosen route, any paid cover and the current claim process.
What should I do if a delivered parcel looks damaged?
Hipobuy's Receipt Information notice advises checking the outer package and contents at delivery, preserving packaging and documenting damage promptly. Its after-sales instructions require order and photo evidence; contact the service under the current deadlines.
